We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping within 4-7 business days. Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status directly through the shipping carrier. 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. 

CARRIER DELAYS

Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Spicetein is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
