FINAL SALE

All Spicetein products are sold as final sale due to their perishable, consumable nature. Because food safety is our priority, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

ELIGIBLE EXCEPTIONS

Customer satisfaction matters to us. We will issue a refund or replacement for the following:

  • Damaged items — product arrives physically damaged or compromised
  • Incorrect orders — you received the wrong item or quantity

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

To request a refund or replacement, contact us at [support@spicetein.com] within 7 days of delivery and include:
  1. Your order number and name 
  2. A clear photo of the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products not reported within the 7-day window
  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

All chargeback claims will be reviewed and contested with supporting documentation, including order records and carrier delivery confirmation.
