RANCH ROASTED VEGGIES

Crispy edges, tender, and packed with bold ranch flavor, these Ranch Roasted Veggies are the easiest way to upgrade your side dish. Tossed in olive oil and Spicetein Ranch, they roast into a savory and craveable side dish with added benefits that can be added to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups zucchini, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups carrots, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup red onions, sliced
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 servings (4 tbsp) Spicetein Ranch

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, add olive oil and Spicetein Ranch Seasoning. Mix well into a loose paste texture.
  • In a large bowl, add the olive oil and Ranch mix to the vegetables. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are golden and slightly crispy.
  • Serve immediately as a side and also to dip into your Spicetein Ranch Yogurt Dip.
