LOADED TACOS

Taco Tuesday on another level. Our Protein Tacos are savory, juicy, and pack a punch of flavor through collagen powered protein thanks to our MVP, Spicetein’s Taco Seasoning. Easy to make, hard to stop eating.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef (90 lean/10 fat) or ground turkey
  • 2 servings of Spicetein Taco Seasoning
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup beef or bone broth
  • 6 corn or flour tortillas
  • Toppings: chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, avocado, greek yogurt, lime wedges

Instructions

Saute:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Next, saute diced onion and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Add Protein:

  • Add the ground beef and cook, breaking apart with a spatula, until 90% browned.
  • Sprinkle in 2 servings of Spicetein Taco seasoning, add ¼ cup broth, and stir until evenly mixed.

Simmer:

  • Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes, allowing the seasoning to thicken into a rich coating.

Build Your Tacos:

  • Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  • Add a spoonful of the seasoned meat into each tortilla and any desired toppings.
