CHICKEN RANCH WRAPS

Juicy grilled chicken wrapped in a warm tortilla with crisp lettuce, fresh vegetables, cheese, and a creamy high-protein ranch sauce made with Spicetein Ranch Seasoning. These Chicken Ranch Wraps are quick, satisfying, and perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup thin sliced red onion
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or Colby jack cheese

For the Sauce:

  • 1 1/2 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 servings (4 tbsp) Spicetein Ranch Seasoning
  • 1-2 tbsp water (to thin)

Instructions

  • Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let rest 5 minutes, then slice thin.
  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and Spicetein Ranch Seasoning. Thin slightly if needed with water.
  • Warm tortillas briefly.
  • Layer chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cheese, and drizzly generously with protein ranch sauce.
  • Roll tight and slice in half.
